Wrapped up the T3 Technology Tools for Today conference last week, and came home with quite a to-do list!

This year’s sessions went beyond talking about change, and taught us how to enact change in our firm.

Since getting back, I’ve been experimenting with building AI agents to automate parts of my day, creating Gemini Gems to help review emails for compliance, and looking closely at the more tedious parts of my life to see what can be outsourced to my agents.

It’s fascinating how quickly things are evolving. Just a year ago, the “new” technology everyone was discussing was AI note-takers. This year, the conversation centered around agentic AI and how to use it effectively.

Excited to see how the technology continues to develop! These are some pretty interesting times to be working in this industry.
