Last week at T3 Technology Tools for Today, one theme kept coming up again and again: AI in wealth management is no longer about just capturing information. It’s about turning insight into execution.
That was the focus of my AI University session on “Bridging the Execution Gap”, and also the lens through which we showed Zeplyn Agent Nexus on stage.
For all the progress our industry has made with AI note-taking, one challenge still remains: A client meeting can be thoughtful, personalized, and fully aligned… and still fall short if the next actions do not reliably happen.
That is the real execution gap.
At T3, I spoke about how agentic AI can help firms move from passive summarization to supervised execution:
- Turning meeting intelligence into owned next steps
- Connecting notes, CRM, email, and documents into one working context
- Helping advisors prepare better, follow up faster, and act more proactively
- Doing all of this with the right human-in-the-loop controls for a regulated environment
During our live demo of Zeplyn Agent Nexus, we showed how firms can make AI useful, trusted, and operational inside real advisory workflows.
What made T3 especially energizing was seeing how strongly this resonated in conversations after the sessions. We had great meetings with customers, thoughtful conversations with industry leaders and reporters, and exciting discussions with new partners.
Three takeaways I’m leaving T3 with:
- Advisors are past AI curiosity, they want practical ROI
- Trust comes from workflow reliability, not flashy outputs
- The biggest opportunity ahead is helping firms close the gap between advice and action
A big thank you to everyone who joined my session, stopped by to see the demos, shared candid feedback, and explored what’s next with us.
And huge credit to the incredible Zeplyn | Agentic AI for Wealth Managers team for bringing this vision to life.
Excited for what’s ahead.
