The Hyatt Regency New Orleans serves as the official host property for the 2026 T3 Conference. All general sessions, breakout sessions, and exhibit hall activities will take place within the hotel, providing a fully integrated conference environment.

Tuesday, March 10: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Thursday, March 12: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
All attendees must pick up their conference badge prior to participating in any sessions or events.
Badges are required for entry into all general sessions, breakout sessions, the exhibit hall, and official T3 events.

🎤 Sessions & Education
General sessions and breakout sessions will be held throughout the conference.
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise indicated. For high-demand sessions, early arrival is recommended.

The Exhibit Hall is a central component of the T3 experience, featuring leading technology providers, sponsors, and industry innovators.

Tuesday, March 10: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Opening Reception)
Wednesday, March 11: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday, March 12: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We encourage all attendees to participate in the Exhibit Hall Opening Reception and engage with exhibitors throughout the event.
☕ Food & Beverage
Coffee stations will be available during conference hours in designated areas. Receptions and additional food and beverage functions will be noted in the agenda and app.
Please note that outside food and beverage is not permitted in meeting spaces.
👔 Attire
Smart casual attire is recommended for all conference activities.
Meeting room temperatures may vary; a light jacket or sweater is advisable.
