Maximizing your T3 sponsorship with Marketing and PR

Maximizing your T3 sponsorship with Marketing and PR

Tip #1: Deliver an Outstanding Presentation

Given the presence of journalists and influencers during sessions, it is crucial to prepare and execute an exceptional presentation. A captivating session increases the likelihood of media interest, potential interviews, and enhanced booth visits. Promote your topic and speaker in advance on various channels such as social media, email, and your website.

For those considering recording sessions, please use small tripods with smartphones to avoid disruptions. For general sessions, we are exploring the possibility of a professional A/V team, contingent upon demand. If interested in contributing to fund the recording of your general session, contact Phil Galanty at AIM via email: Phil@WeAreAIMEvents.com.

Tip #2: Utilize Social Media Graphics and Discount Codes

Special graphics have been created for sponsors to share on social media, which can be found here. Promote the special sponsor discount code for a $150 registration fee reduction. Include the hashtag #T32025 in all social media posts.

Tip #3: Craft a Compelling News Release and Engage the Press

Write a noteworthy news release and pitch it directly to the press. Also, after studying the style and content you’ll see on www.T3TechnologyHub.com, feel free to submit releases or articles to t3submissions2025@gmail.com for consideration.

Tip #4: Prepare an Embargoed News Release for Added Impact

T3’s PR team, Impact Communications, is available to enhance the visibility of your conference-week news release. Hold special news for the first two days of the conference. Submit releases clearly marked with embargo details for potential inclusion on T3’s site, www.T3TechnologyHub.com, and digital distribution to industry media outlets via the T3 Daily Digest.

Also, have printed copies in your booth and leave some at the registration table for the onsite PR team to place in the press room.

Tip #5: Explore Advertorial Opportunities

WMTV and RIA Channel are booking guests with associated package costs. Find out more about the WMTV opportunity here.

Tip #6: Record a SocialCam Video at T3 in Dallas

Visit the T3 SocialCam station, which is free and open to all. Details to be provided in an update or inquire at the registration desk.

Tip #7: Create and Share Content on Social Media

Participate in the “Beat Craig Iskowitz at Social Media” contest using the official T3 hashtag #T32025 on LinkedIn and other platforms. If shooting your own video segments, ensure all equipment is contained within your booth or designated areas.

Tip #8: Generate Buzz Leading Up to the Conference

We encourage you to place ads, engage your email lists, and intensify social media activity to generate buzz leading up to the conference.

A Note about the Media List:

Please be aware that, in response to persistent media requests, T3 will not be distributing the conference media list to all sponsors. However, approximately one week before the conference, T3 will exclusively provide the media list to T3’s top sponsors (those with a double booth). If your company qualifies for the press list, your primary contact will automatically receive it. Ensure that your primary contact shares the press list with your PR representative. To include an internal or external PR agent’s name for this purpose, kindly forward the information via email to TeresaLaw@ImpactCommunications.org.

We trust that these tips will enhance your preparations for T3 in Dallas. Looking forward to seeing you all March 3 – 6!
